I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cold and could not be warmed up enough, but the king-size bed was comfortable and the bathtub was beautiful. The service was warm, friendly, and hospitable, especially on Monday, with a perfect balance of attentiveness. The dining was delicious, with a gluten-free toast option, but the service could have been more attentive. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.

The hotel room, while smaller than expected and lacking a full length wardrobe, was spotless and beautifully decorated. We will absolutely be returning on our next stop in London. The service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff, shout out to Jerry. The location was excellent, within steps of the tube and near major shopping and attractions. The dining experience was a mixed bag for me, a bit expensive for Continental, but tasty for a la carte.
